Skinner Louis, Louis Law Firm
Big Result As Stated By The Louis Law Firm: “The impact of the community service platform that was built for us by Puris has helped us get into the community, build our brand and get known. Also, the changes that Puris suggested in our office setting has made a huge difference. Katy came down to Florida and suggested we move our office location to a place we could grow into. We are now brand managers 24/7- our brand identity is consistently integrated into our corporate decisions.”
Louis Law Firm came to work with Puris because the firm needed a clear statement and vision of their personal brand and how it incorporated into a business brand. The firm was looking to differentiate itself from other small law firms in their market in Florida.
Their issues were similar to many law firms we have seen: smaller budget, turn-over of some critical employees, need for more optimal office space due to growing staff. This was all coupled with a strong leader, Skinner Louis, who knew that marketing and branding were the way to go to grow the business, but was not sure exactly where to begin. Skinner is not only a great lawyer, but a dynamic public speaker and public service servant.
Puris worked with the entire law firm employee pool in defining a personal brand that reflected their individuality, complimented each other, reflected the new business brand and worked well with the target market we identified for them. We also worked on adapting this personal brand to integrate into a new business brand that was developing for them, as the firm was newly reinvented due to changes in employees. We assessed the lawyer personal brand strengths and developed avenues of networking, community service and public speaking to increase their visibility and credibility.
Jon P. Beyrer, VP, Blankinship & Foster Financial Services
Big Result: enlightening insights into each team members strengths and the type of people within the target market that each team member would work best with, community service to enhance the personal and B&F brands, and specific action items to implement.
B&F came to work with Puris because the firm had changed management recently. The question was how to not lose the brand recognition developed over the years, yet move forward as new, fresh and authentic. B&F wanted to highlight their uniqueness in a specific target market and make their brand more relevant and up to date.
Puris worked with five critical employees of B&F in defining a personal brand that reflected their individuality, complimented each other, reflected the new business brand and worked well with the target market we identified for them. We also worked on adapting this personal brand to a newly defined website, conducting surveys to understand their target market and developing avenues of networking and public speaking to increase their visibility and credibility.
Wanda Allen, Stay Connected

Wanda’s Big Result: “Feeling comfortable with the clothes that I wear and the image that I portray. I feel comfortable in my “skin” and am confident in what I am doing and how I am going after my goals and dreams. My image is a big part of that- which your help was invaluable getting me there.”
Wanda worked as an executive in banking for over 25 years. She left a career in banking voluntarily to pursue being a salesperson with the Send Out Cards (SOC) program. Wanda’s chief concern when she came to me was that she didn’t want to have the banker personal brand anymore. Instead, she wanted her personal brand to reflect her new career with SOC. Wanda did not feel comfortable in her current wardrobe and wanted to have a personal brand that resonated with her new career and set her up for optimal performance.
Wanda and I determined Wanda’s personal brand and set a twelve month goal for her personal brand development. We then went through her wardrobe and worked together to have her wardrobe reflect her current career, taking into account her personality, personal brand goals, activities (both job-related and personal), as well as the clientele’s professions with whom she worked.
The day Wanda and I finished our work together, Wanda booked one of her largest accounts for SOC. She also received a promotion that day. Wanda credits these exciting and impactful events to her renewed self-confidence and her ability to carry herself knowing she is projecting a successful image and personal brand that resonates with her and her clients.
Sharon Edmiston- NuSkin Enterprises
Sharon is an executive for NuSkin. She came to Puris because she was ready to develop her personal brand and have it be effective in her sales work of NuSkin. Sharon’s main concern when she came to us was that she needed to have a new personal brand and appearance reflective of the new business and social life she had developed as a NuSkin executive.
We worked with Sharon to take her fabulous personality and define her personal brand to reflect her genuine, yet elegant sales style and personality. We refined her appearance by putting key pieces of elegant attire in her wardrobe that allowed her to sell and network with even more confidence in her new circles of influence.
Tiffany Ferrari- Fitness on the Move

Tiffany’s Big Result: Fun, Function & Flow
Tiffany has owned Fitness on the Move for over ten years. She came to Puris because she was ready to re-brand her business after ten years. Tiffany was looking to identify and refine her personal brand so she could integrate her personal brand into her new business brand and presence. Tiffany’s main concern when she came to Puris was that she needed to have a comfortable, yet classy personal brand given her line of work. Tiffany’s main goal was to reduce stress and have more fun infused into her ten year old business. She has the unique challenge of needing to have professional attire that can move and be flexible with her active business. Even as she met with us she talked with her hands and made it clear that the right outfits would greatly enhance her expression.
Through Puris’ guidance and lessons, Tiffany accomplished a re-define of her personal brand. She re-connected to her meditation practice, she made modifications to her business attire that made her more comfortable and thereby others became more relaxed around her. She began with a goal of stress reduction and took the goal to a much deeper and more personal level than any of us at Puris could have imagined. Through our meetings her motion became easier, her wardrobe so much more fun, and she just loves her accessories. Her entire aura has become more relaxed, approachable, and at the same time professional. Her personal brand has been successfully transferred into her business brand.
